To Vegan or Not To Vegan?!

To Vegan or not to Vegan?! That is the question…Well, the good news is that in all honesty this is completely your decision as there is no single ‘correct’ way to eat. As a species we are all unique with different tastes, needs & digestive capabilities.

I think most of us are in agreement that consuming more plant based foods consistently is good for our health. The spawning of ‘Veganuary’ this month with massive numbers of people giving solely plant based eating a trial run shows that people are catching on to this. I eat a variety of plant based foods myself, I just also include some good quality meat, fish and probably some not such good quality dairy in the form of ice cream at weekends lol. My health markers e.g cholestrol are all good, i feel good, my body looks the way i want it to & importantly, I enjoy eating like this! Therefore, this is sustainable long term making it the perfect diet for me personally.

Like i said though, we are all different. If you don’t like animal products or they don’t agree with you it makes sense for you to cut them out and explore plant based sources to give you what you need.

However, if you have or are considering turning vegan based on what you have seen in ‘Game Changers’ then please take the time to read the attached article which addresses and analyses all the claims and ‘science’ from the movie. I’ll say it again, we are all different…it makes no difference to me what you decide to eat but I do think its important that you have all the facts to make an informed decision.
